Who uses Corporify?

Is Corporify GDPR compliant?

Yes. Corporify was developed in Europe and has GDPR compliance embedded in its design. Clients remain the owners of their data at all times. Personal data is processed only to the extent required for service delivery.

Is Corporify ISO certified?

Corporify works with European hosting partners that are ISO 27001 certified for information security. Corporify also applies additional practices and undergoes regular assessments to maintain high standards.

Can Corporify adapt to local compliance requirements?

Yes. Compliance calendars and workflows can be configured to reflect local obligations or internal policies. This includes regulatory filings, shareholder resolutions, and internal reporting deadlines.

How is data protected in Corporify?

All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. Access is controlled through role-based permissions, and user actions are logged for traceability. Corporify operates under the principle of privacy by default, minimizing unnecessary exposure of sensitive data.

Where is data stored?

All client data is stored in secure, high-availability data centers located in the European Union. This ensures compliance with EU data protection and sovereignty requirements.

Who owns the data in Corporify?

Clients remain the sole owners of their data. Corporify provides the platform but does not claim any rights over the information entered.

What happens when data is deleted?

If a client decides to remove data, it is permanently deleted in accordance with GDPR and industry standards. Corporify also supports data export before termination of service to ensure continuity.

Can Corporify integrate with other systems?

Sure! We offer default integration solutions with tools such as DocuSign, Okta, MS Azure, etc. Our REST API makes tailor-made integrations possible.

Yes. Corporify allows export of shareholder registers, organizational charts, and entity data in structured formats. This supports collaboration with auditors, regulators, and advisors.

Does Corporify support Single Sign-On (SSO)?

Yes. Corporify supports SSO integrations so employees can log in securely using their existing corporate credentials.

What happens if the platform is unavailable?

Corporify is hosted on resilient cloud infrastructure with redundancy and continuous monitoring. In the rare case of an outage, failover systems restore availability quickly, and clients are kept informed.

Are backups performed?

Yes. Automated backups are performed on a recurring basis and stored in secure EU-based data centers. These ensure that client data can be restored if needed.

How can we recover data if needed?

Backups can be restored in case of accidental deletion or system failure. The process is designed to minimize downtime and avoid data loss.

Who can access Corporify?

Access is role-based. Internal teams, directors, and shareholders can be given tailored permissions. Administrators remain in control of who can view, edit, or approve information.

Can external advisors be granted access?

Yes. Limited access can be granted to auditors, lawyers and others. This removes the need to share documents by email and ensures stakeholders see the most up-to-date information in a secured way.

Can access be restricted to certain jurisdictions or entities?

Yes. Permissions can be set per role, entity, or jurisdiction, ensuring users only see what is relevant to them.

What kind of data can be stored in Corporify?

Which languages does Corporify support?

Corporify is currently available in English. Other languages will be added in the near future. Our read-only portal is however already available in 6 languages (Dutch, English, German, Spanish, Italian and French). Extra languages can be added upon request.

Can I use Corporify in an international setting?

Absolutely! Entity information of any jurisdiction in the world can be stored in Corporify. We have users in more than 40 countries that manage entities in more than 85 countries globally.
